Mike's experience has equipped him with the skills to navigate complex deal structures and provide strategic counsel to clients on a wide range of business matters, including practice acquisitions and sales, buy-ins, partnership agreements, and other general corporate, business and governance matters. He brings a detail-oriented and efficient approach to transactional work and corporate counseling.

Mike is a graduate of Temple Law School and Penn State University. Mike currently lives in Philadelphia with his fiancé. Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time in Sea Isle City, New Jersey with family and friends, playing golf, surfing, snowboarding, and playing chess.
