Our boutique law firm, which focuses on representing dentists and veterinarians across the country in a full range of business matters, seeks a motivated junior associate/transactional attorney with 1 to 3 years of experience to work in a hybrid environment based in our Philadelphia office. Our mentorship program includes both in-office and remote work.  Associates will have substantial client interaction, negotiate and draft commercial documents in sophisticated transactions and handle corporate and compliance issues.

The firm is seeking a bright, motivated, quick-learning associate to work in its Philadelphia office and remotely in collaboration with a team of experienced attorneys and paralegals. The associate will participate in the firm’s mentoring program, which provides guidance and meaningful training to develop the legal skills of its junior attorneys.  Associates will have substantial client interaction and will learn to negotiate and draft relevant documents under the supervision of senior attorneys with the opportunity for great autonomy after demonstrating the development of critical skills.  Responsibilities include handling corporate and compliance issues, and reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial documents, including asset-purchase agreements, partnership/operating agreements, employment agreements, employee handbooks and other documents.
