Our boutique law firm, which focuses on representing dentists and veterinarians across the country in a full range of business matters, seeks a highly motivated transactional attorney with over 5 years of solid experience working in a sophisticated law firm environment to work across the breadth of the firm’s practice. The ideal candidate will have M&A, transactional and general corporate law experience, preferably in the health care and dental industries. This attorney will work in our Philadelphia office.
