Our boutique law firm seeks an experienced, professional, detail-oriented Operations Coordinator who exhibits confidence, initiative and strong communication skills to support the firm located in our Philadelphia office from Monday to Friday. The dynamic nature of this role requires the ideal candidate to have exemplary time management skills and the ability to identify and anticipate the firm’s needs. The role must interact seamlessly and with a professional demeanor across a broad range of individuals including members of the office legal team (attorneys and paralegals), clients, lenders, CPAs, practice brokers, real estate brokers and other professionals. The Operations Coordinator will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion. To perform this job successfully, the individual is expected to handle highly sensitive and confidential financial, legal, and personnel information while exercising professionalism and discretion.
