Maria Perry

Maria assists the firm with onboarding new clients, as well as communicating and understanding their needs throughout the process. She also helps with the formation of business entities and the preparation of documents related to Employment Agreements, Practice Acquisitions, and Start-Ups. In addition, she reviews UCC (Uniform Commercial Code) information and Zoning regulations for different localities.

Maria graduated from the University of Richmond as an English major, where she was involved in a wide variety of activities such as Alpha Phi Omega Service Fraternity, the will social justice program, and Peer Writing Tutors. Maria is very passionate about community service and social justice issues, and her favorite place to volunteer in Philadelphia is SHARE Food Program.

In her free time, Maria loves meeting new friends, going to art museums and concerts, trying local restaurants, and spending time with her family and friends. She also loves playing squash and rowing on the Schuylkill River in Philadelphia.
