Rob and Paul "The Return Edition" - Episode 80

The Dental Amigos are excited to finally be back in the studio in-person and together. In this episode, Rob and Paul chat about life post-Covid and the importance of in-person work and communication, specifically in the dental industry.

Rob and Paul

It’s no secret that since March 2020, the world has become a different place, and everyone has had to adapt to a new way of living. Not only did practice owners have to figure out how to handle their own lives, but also find ways to best keep their practice open along with protecting their staff and patients.

In this episode, the Amigos discuss three major themes to help practice owners navigate life post-Covid. First, Paul talks about the changes he made to his own dental practices to adjust to the frequent changes in the laws and regulations concerning the practice of dentistry. Second, the Amigos speak about new trends in dental practice transitions that have become apparent post-Covid and how all dentists can become more educated about their industry. Finally, the Amigos touch on the changes they’ve noticed in associate agreements and what employers and employees should be looking for and thinking about moving forward.
