Kimberly focuses her practice on representing and advising healthcare clients on real estate matters including lease negotiations, lease-related issues and real estate sales and acquisitions, as well as on corporate governance, operational issues, general corporate and business matters and other transactional matters. Kimberly is of counsel to the firm and practices primarily out of the firm’s Philadelphia office.

Before becoming “of counsel” to the firm, Kimberly was an attorney with the Office of the General Counsel at the University of Pennsylvania, giving her a broad spectrum of experience with healthcare clients.

Kimberly has been a resident of Philadelphia for many years and is a graduate of Temple University Beasley School of Law.  She currently lives in Philadelphia with her husband and daughter and their family pets (a Samoyed and two cats).  She enjoys traveling with her family, hiking the mountains of Vermont, and long walks on the beach with her Samoyed, Luna.  Kimberly is an avid downhill skier and enjoys traveling to snowy destinations whenever she has the opportunity.
