Great opportunity for an experienced attorney desiring autonomy and responsibility in a rapidly growing niche legal practice! Boutique law firm focused on representing dentists, dental practices and dental service organizations in a full range of business matters seeks a highly motivated mid-level transactional attorney for its Philadelphia office with 3 to 6 years of solid experience working in a sophisticated law firm environment to work across the breadth of the firm’s transactional practice. The ideal candidate will have real estate, transactional and general corporate law experience, preferably in the health care and dental industries.

Candidates must have exceptional research and drafting skills; excellent analytic, oral and written communication skills; top quality work product; meticulous attention to detail; the ability to work efficiently and independently, prioritize workflow, meet demanding deadlines and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Pennsylvania bar admission required. Delaware and New Jersey bar admission preferred.
