Snigdha practices primarily out of the firm’s Philadelphia office, advising and assisting dental and veterinary clients on practice acquisitions and sales, review and preparation of employment agreements, real estate sales and acquisitions, and general and corporate matters.

Snigdha is a graduate of Temple University Beasley School of Law, where she served as Articles Editor and Diversity Editor of the Temple Law Review.

Snigdha was born in Liverpool, England and grew up in Olathe, Kansas before moving to the Philadelphia area in 2016.

In her free time, Snigdha enjoys baking cookies and cupcakes, exploring the local shops and eateries of South Philadelphia, and spending quality time with her cat Jalebi, a sweet, orange tabby named after the sweet, orange Indian dessert.
