
Miranda focuses on assisting with the preparation of documents related to both dental and veterinary practice acquisition and sales, employment agreements as well as real estate sales and acquisitions. Miranda also reviews local and state guidelines to ensure zoning compliance, and handles the formation of business entities. In addition, Miranda helps to onboard new clients and communicate with existing clients for the purposes of obtaining information to better support them throughout their transactions with the firm. Miranda works primarily out of the firm’s Philadelphia office.
Miranda received her undergraduate degree from The College of New Jersey while studying Criminology and Psychology, and where she also played on the varsity lacrosse team. Miranda had no issues adjusting to the college game, starting every game in net all four years, and finishing her career with the lowest goals against average in the country. Miranda also went on to be a First and Third Team All American in her last two seasons. In addition, Miranda became the Women’s Lacrosse Club of South Jersey College Player of the Year as well as Inside Lacrosse’s National Goalie of the Year. Miranda then went on to complete the Paralegal Certificate Program at Villanova University.
Miranda was born and raised in Moorestown, New Jersey where she grew up with her mom, dad and brother, Justin. Although Miranda doesn’t personally have any pets, she considers her aunt’s mini husky, Blitz, as her own. In her free time, Miranda loves spending time at her family’s beach house in Lavallette, New Jersey, coaching younger lacrosse players in the local area, trying out new restaurants in the city with her friends as well as playing in adult basketball and lacrosse leagues.
