Jessica is an executive assistant and paralegal who helps our attorneys and clients stay organized and on track with various matters and tasks that need to be accomplished throughout the course of our clients’ representation. She guides our clients through the initial intake process, assists with the preparation of documents related to employment agreements, healthcare related practice acquisitions, and partnership agreements and reviews state and local guidelines to ensure zoning compliance for new healthcare practices. Jessica is an important liaison with our clients who endeavors to provide clear communication and make them feel comfortable working with our legal team.
Jessica graduated from Eckerd College with a B.A. in Creative Writing and Spanish and studied abroad in both Cuba and Costa Rica. During college, she obtained her “TEFL” (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) Certificate and taught an English as Second Language “ESL” class at a local refugee education center. After graduation, Jessica served in Americorps as a seventh-grade Spanish teacher and volleyball coach in St. Petersburg, Florida.
In her free time, Jessica enjoys seeing live music, baking (and sharing her goodies), going rock climbing, gardening and hiking with her dog, a friendly shepherd mix named Tex.
