Client Services Coordinator/Paralegal

James E. Burnett

James is a paralegal who guides the firm’s healthcare clients through the process of forming entities, purchasing and selling practices, starting new practices, reviewing and/or preparing employment agreements and more. He also ensures clients are aware of and compliant with various state and local regulations governing their professions. He hopes to make all clients feel comfortable asking questions and helps them navigate through legal terms and procedures which may be unfamiliar to them.

James graduated with distinction from Temple University’s College of Liberal Arts. During college he was a news editor for a student newspaper, a research assistant, a policy analyst intern, and a member of the mock trial team. He also volunteered with several different organizations as an English as Second Language (“ESL”) and homework tutor for children from underserved communities.

In his free time, James enjoys playing piano, backpacking, reading for his book club, and seeing live music. He also enjoys traveling and hopes to go to Colombia next, where he can practice the Spanish he learned while studying abroad in Santiago, Chile.
