Anna concentrates her practice on advising clients on the formation of business entities, equity buy-ins, partnership agreements, practice acquisitions and sales, employment matters, operational issues, real estate sales and acquisitions, as well as general corporate and business matters. Anna advises clients on human resource issues, employment policies and practices as well as employee handbooks. Anna has focused on the evolving employment laws and regulations that have been promulgated in connection with the COVID-19 pandemic and is a valuable resource on these issues. Anna frequently lectures to audiences on issues surrounding employment agreements and personnel matters. Anna practices primarily out of the firm’s Philadelphia office.
Anna is a graduate of Villanova University Charles Widner School of Law, where she was managing editor of the Jeffrey S. Moorad Sports Journal.
Anna is a longtime volunteer attorney at Face to Face Legal Clinic, which provides free legal services to the indigent community in Philadelphia; and foster family for PACT for Animals, an organization that finds temporary foster homes for pets during periods of their owners’ military deployment and medical crisis.
In her free time, Anna enjoys outdoor activities, including gardening, skiing, as well as running and hiking with her dog, Bandit. Bandit is an Australian Cattle Dog/Border Collie Mix and a great hiking and running buddy. When Anna is not traveling to interesting locations to enjoy the outdoors, she can be found skiing and exploring the trails of the Adirondack Mountains in upstate New York. Anna has run three marathons and several half marathons to raise money for the Alzheimer’s’ Association and will be training for more. Anna is also an avid yogi and is currently working on completing her 200-Hour Yoga Instructor Certification.
